I contribute to CRA regulatory strategy with a focus on aligning business operations with compliance requirements while driving measurable impact through data. I lead the data strategy efforts, ensuring that insights are both actionable and aligned with broader regulatory and operational goals. By rethinking and redesigning core processes related to Services, I implemented a new strategy that reduced processing time from an average of 60 days to just 8 days—dramatically improving efficiency and responsiveness.

In addition, I designed and built performance dashboards that offer clear visibility into key process metrics. These dashboards empower stakeholders with real-time insights into KPIs, supporting data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. As a result, we achieved a 20% boost in operational efficiency, demonstrating the power of combining regulatory knowledge with smart, scalable data solutions.

Citibank - VP - Operations & Technology - 2017 - 2023

I lead Citi’s processes, workflows, data strategy and reporting for regulatory contributions and services. I build and actively manage a grants management system used to ingest data from multiple sources and collect regulatory data.

I work very closely with our various internal teams to develop a strategy that allows us to stay ahead of our regulatory goals without compromising data integrity. Through this partnership I design business processes that are used to collect and validate regulatory information. From 2017 – 2019 I lead a steering committee designed to implement a complete system overhaul. Since implementation in 2020, these system changes led to a 75% decrease in processing time while maintaining data integrity.

Gathered data from various systems using various ETL tools to cleanse data prior to running exploratory data analysis. I used these datasets to build dashboards in Excel used to guide executive management. Dashboards have been used to show KPIs including system performance, financial performance, community development impact and much more.

Citibank - AVP - Data & Analytics - 2014 - 2017

In this role, I owned the department database and warehouse. I managed data models and SQL pipelines to ingest data from various systems into an analytical data warehouse (OLAP).

I produced descriptive and predictive analytical reports highlighting the organizations regulatory investments and services. This report was been used to highlight the organizations performance. KPIs, trends and market plans/insights were included in this annual report that would be reviewed by executive management to measure market performance.
